Cancellation Policy

You will need to hold your reservation with a Major Credit Card guarantee. Credit cards will be run at the date and/or time of the scheduled launch unless other arrangements have been previously made. If you cancel less than 72 hours before check-in date, your credit card will be charged $35.00 for the cancellation. No exceptions! A charge equal to your complete confirmed reservation will be made for failure to cancel before check-in date.
